摘要
目的分析常见的各类软组织肿瘤的CT征象,得出其时间-密度曲线,以提高诊断率。方法回顾分析经手术病理证实的244例软组织肿块。所有肿瘤部位均先行平扫后增强扫描,并作增强后延时2、5、8min单层面扫描,得出同一部位的不同时间-密度图像,测出CT值作统计学处理,得出各类型瘤体的时间-密度曲线,观察其变化规律。结果软组织肉瘤、恶性神经类净增值40~70Hu,延时呈缓慢下降;大的癌肿早期净增值40~80Hu,延时呈梯度下降;转移性瘤体净增值20~30Hu,延时呈幅度较低的下降;良性瘤体早期增强不明显,净增值一般不超过20Hu,延时呈平缓下降的曲线。结论各类肿瘤具有特征性的时间-密度曲线,能提高影像医师对肿块的诊断、鉴别诊断能力。
Objective To analyze CT features of every kinds ot soft tissue masses,and get a time-aenslty curve,which can provide help for the improment of the diagnostic level. Methods 244 eases of soft tissue masses confirmed by operations and pathological studies in our hospital are retrospectively analyzed. All soft tissue masses CT features are analyzed before and after contrast enhancement,and after 2,5,8rain injection of enhancement material we performed one administrative level sean.Accordingly we make out time-density image on the one level.Results Soft sarcoma and malignant neurogenic toumors'CT value add by 40-70 Hu after enhancement,and the delay scanner curve takes on decline slowly.Large cancer masses'CT value add by 40-80 Hu,and the delay scanner takes on a gradient drop.Metastasis toumors' CT value add by 20-30Hu after enhancement, and the delay scanner curve drops in a lower gentle range.Benign tumors' CT value without obvious enhancement,and the curve range is very low.Conclusion Every kinds of soft tissue masses have specific CT time-density curves.According the specific curve we can diagnose soft tissue toumors and improve diagnostic level.
