摘要
目前,中国社会结构正处于分化重构阶段,形成诸多不稳定因素,存在各种危机可能。因此,在这样一个特殊的社会发展时期,亟须彻底转变价值观念、深入开展危机应对教育和不断加强危机管理研究,全面构筑危机应对“软”平台,同时还要强化法制建设,规范管理机制,拓展信息系统,综合社会力量和深化国际合作,立体打造危机应对“硬”平台;以有效应对、处理各种危机。
At present,the structure of Chinese society is in a splitting and re-structuring stage,and a lot of unstable factors appear,and there are some possible crises. Therefore,in such a special period,we must change our values thoroughly, launch the education of counter-crisis, and strengthen the study of managing counter-crisis constantly, construct counter-crisis soft-platform in an all-round way. At the same time, we should strengthen the law system, standardize managerial system, and expand information system, synthesize social sectors, and go deep into international cooperation, and build a three-dimension al counter-crisis hard-platform,so as to deal with all kinds of crises effectively.
