摘要
高校引进的人才囿于个体的主客观差异,形成不同的类型。本文从高校人事管理部门的角度出发,对高校如何针对人才的不同类型,更好地创造和提供有利环境,发挥人才资源优势等问题提出了相关对策,有助于高校在引进人才过程中统筹把握,实现师资队伍的结构优化。
Due to individual disparity, bringing in talent in universities has different kinds. In this paper, from view of human affairs management department, we give some countermeasures on how to create beneficial environment to make better use of bringing in talents, which can help university to plan as a whole and optimize the structure of teachers.
