摘要
采用认知的自我指导技术,对高校体育教师的教学监控能力进行干预训练。结果表明:干预训练不仅提高了体育教师的教学监控能力,而且提高了体育教师对教学的认知水平,改善了体育教师的教学行为,提高了高校体育教师的教学水平。
The present paper adopts the technique of cognitive self- instruction to have an intervention training on young college physical education teachers' teaching- regulated ability. The result shows that the intervention training not only improves the young college Physical Education teachers' teaching- regulated ability, promotes their cognition on teaching process, but also improves their teaching behavior and teaching level.
