摘要
本文引用移植管理学的有关知识,在简要论述图书馆部主任工作的客观环境的基础上,浅谈做好主任工作所具备的能力取向,以期能对图书馆在部主任的选用与培养和自身胜任能力方面有所帮助。
Because of the development and application of new technology, the working conditions have made great changes. In this paper, the author discusses the basic ability of the library branch director in the new environment. And the author hopes it may be helpful for the selection and training of the library branch leaders.
