摘要
知识产权已成为国家的战略性资源。提高知识产权创造、管理、运用能力,合理有效地保护知识产权,已成为维护国家利益和经济安全的战略性武器。本文论述了当前国际、国内的知识产权形势,并对我国知识产权战略的制订提出若干建议。
Intellectual Property （IP） itself is being a national strategic resource. Enhancing the capacity of creating, managing and applying IP, as well as protecting IP properly and effectively, are have already become a strategic weapon for defending national interest and economic safety. The article dissertates the current situation of IP domestic and overseas, and makes suggestions on the formulation of the national IP strategy.
