摘要
提出了一种基于EPA现场总线的管式电阻炉控制系统,介绍了分布式控制系统的结构和所开发的实验。该系统有有助于学生掌握具体的控制工程知识,了解工控行业的先进技术现场总线控制,在实现常PID控制的基础上,还开发了基于VB6.0的温度控制程序,在实际系统进行温度控制的运行结果证明了该算法的有效性。
The fieldbus control system is the newest advanced technology in industrial control.This paper presents an experiment process control system based on EPA fieldbus,introduces pipe furnace temperature control experiment developed with this distributed control system.This innovated system helps students practise control engineering with the most high-tech means. In addition,a advanced control algorithm based on experiences is developed,and the experimental application demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed results.
