摘要
利用250Gy的Co60γ射线对棉花3个品种的干种子进行辐射处理,对其M5农艺经济性状的遗传变异进行分析。结果表明:3个品种的M5群体的铃重、单株铃数、株高、果枝数和麦克隆值的平均变异系数均超过10.0%以上,3个品种的辐射诱变后代M5群体表型性状变异系数存在明显差异;3个品种的M5群体的铃重与2.5%跨长和比强度均呈显著或极显著正相关,在其它性状间的相关性上3个品种的M5群体间存在较大差异;3个品种的M5群体的2.5%跨长均为第一主成分的主要因子。这阐明了辐射对不同棉花品种的诱变效果存在差异,揭示了辐射创造了丰富的遗传变异。
The seeds of three cotton lines were irradiated by Co^60γ ray. Genetic variation of agronomic and economic traits of their Ms progeny was analyzed. The results showed averages of variation coefficients were above 10.0% for boll weight, boll number per plant, height, fruit branch number and micronaire value of Me progenies of three varieties irradiated populations. The coefficient of variation (CV) of the phenotyPic characters among M5 colonies derived from three cotton varieties were very significant. The positive correlation between boll weight and 2.5% span length and fiber strength were significant at 0.01 or 0.05 levels in three varieties population of M5 progenies. The correlation among other traits of three population of M5 progenies were difference. 2.5 % span length was the main factor in the first principal component. This clarified that the radiation of different cotton varieties resulted in the different of variation, and γ ray radiation can result in abundant genetic variation.
