摘要
原始数据预处理是进行区域可持续发展能力评价一个重要环节。用3种不同的数据预处理方法对山西省区域可持续发展能力的各评价指标数据进行处理,结果表明,计量分值法与功效系数法只对各评价单元的可持续发展能力系数有影响,而对各评价单元的相对位置没有影响,等测度变化对两者均有影响。
The pre-processing of the original data is an important link of evaluating the regional sustainable developing ability. This paper makes treatment of various evaluating index data of Shanxi＇ s regional sustainable developing ability by using three different data pre-processing methods, the results of which show that the measuring point method and the efficiency coefficient method have the influence only on the sustainable developing ability coefficient of each evaluating unit and have no influence on the relative position of each evaluating unit, but the equal measure variation method has the influence on the both.
