摘要
在有限的资源环境中,充分利用资源、构建资源节约型社会一直是人们关注的焦点。从六个面去构建一组能够全面反映资源节约型社会的评价指标体系,并设定标准,建立综合分值法,为一定区域综合评定资源节约型社会提供借鉴。
Building a resource - saving society in such an environment with limited resources has become the focus of people＇s at- tention. In this paper the authors attempt from the six perspectives to construct a set of evaluation index system, which can com prehensively reflect the resource saving society. Standards are set, and score method is established. The system provides refer ence for the comprehensive evaluation of a resource - saving society in certain regions.
