摘要
液压支架是煤矿综合机械化采煤工作面的支护设备,具有支撑顶板、推移输送机、自身推进、防止煤壁垮落、超前支护、防止相邻支架之间漏落矸石,以及防止支架下滑等功能。详细介绍了液压支架的结构、工作原理及特点,及其在综采工作面中的应用,还介绍了液压支架乳化液泵站的工作原理。根据潘一煤矿综采投产以来所用液压支架的特点及煤矿特殊地质要求,分析了液压支架在使用中存在的问题,并提出了支架液压系统的研究方向。
The hydraulic supports are sustaining equipments in coal face of fully-mechanized coal winning technology .They have functions of sustaining roof, change to conveyer,self-driving,hold the coal wall from falling, sustaining of lead, preventing waste from falling between the supports,and keeping the support from falling etc.h introduces the structure and characteristics and work principle of the hydraulic supports,and the application in coal face. It introduces work principle of emulsion pump station. According to characteristics of the hydraulic supports used in the first coal mine of Pan from putting into production,and the special geology request of coal mine,this article analyzes existent problem in the usage of them. This article discovers forward the research direction in the hydraulic system of support.
