摘要
目的研究种植体周围炎患者局部应用盐酸米诺四环素软膏对其龈下菌斑微生物密度及构成比变化的影响。方法选择13个种植体周围炎患者的17个种植体随机分两组,分别记录菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋探诊指数(PD)、牙周袋出血指数(BI),并测定其龈下微生物密度及组成,用药组在牙周袋内注入盐酸米诺四环素软膏,每周1次,共放2次,对照组不放药。治疗完成后第2周检测以上指标。结果治疗后用药组龈下菌斑微生物密度比用药前及对照组均有明显下降,P<0.01,球菌比率上升,P<0.01,杆菌比率下降,P<0.05,螺旋体比率无明显变化,P<0.05。结论盐酸米诺四环素软膏可明显改善种植体周围龈下菌斑微生物的组成及密度,具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of the subgingival mlcrobialogical changes of peri-implantitis therapy by local delivery of minocycline hydrochoride ointment (periocline). Methods 17 inplants of 13 inplantitis patients were radomly divided into 2 groups. Plaque index, pocket depth, attachment loss and bleeding index were recorded, and the subjingival microbial flora, its density and constitution ration were detected. The test group was treated with Periocline once a week, twice in total, no drug was given to the control group. Results Compared with the situation before treatment in the test group and compared with the control group, the application of Periocline in the test group significantly decreased the density of subjingival microbial flora and the proportion of ods ( P 〈 0.01 ), and increased the proportion of cocci ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; no change was found in spirochetes ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions Local application of Periocline can improve the constitution of subgingival microbial flora and decrease the density of peri-implantitis patients.
