摘要
研究了成核剂HB2002的用量对聚丙烯性能的影响,并与国内外同类成核剂进行了对比。结果表明,当成核剂HB2002的用量为0.25%时,聚丙烯的综合性能最好,透光率高达77.2%, 雾度低至11.3%,与不加成核剂时相比,聚丙烯的拉伸强度提高了8.6%,冲击强度增加了42%, 最高结晶温度提高了4℃。对比试验结果表明,成核剂HB2002对聚丙烯综合性能的改善效果与国内外同类成核剂相当或更好。
The effect of HB2002 nucleating agent on the mechanical and optical properties of polypropylene (PP) was studied. The results showed that the best comprehensive property of PP was obtained with a HB2002 adding dosage of 0.25 %. Under said adding dosage the transmittancy and haze of the product were 77.2% and 11.3 %, respectively. Comparing with the PP prepared without adding HB2002, the tensile strength and impact strength of the product increased 8.6% and 42%, respectively, and the maximum crystallization temperature increased 4℃. Test results also concluded that the comprehensive performance of PP prepared with HB2002 reached the same level or was even better than that of PP prepared with the same type of imported or domestic nucleating agents.
