摘要
教育公平作为一种美好的社会理想,是实现社会平等的重要工具,其内容和实现途径随着社会的变化而发展。我国现在正处在社会发展的关键时期,教育作为个体生存和发展的手段的作用更为突出,受教育机会和权利方面的竞争实质上就是生存权和发展权的竞争,接受教育是人人都应享有的基本人权,是实现社会平等的最伟大的工具。正确理解教育公平内涵的时代特征,是实现教育公平的前提条件。
As a nice social ideality, education equity is an important instrument to achieve social equity. Its content and its accomplishing means will develop along with the social changes. Since our country is now at the social transformation period, education functions especially as the instrument of individual existence and development. The competition of education opportunity and right is actually the competition of the right of existence and development. Education is the basic human right which should be shared by everyone, additionally, the greatest instrument to make social equity come true. To catch on the true meaning of the time characteristics is the important guarantee of achieving educatior equity.
