摘要
在超声波测距技术中,通常受温度的影响和传播声时(TOF)的检测误差,使得超声波测距的精度不高.为了提高超声波测距仪的测量精度,针对传统超声测距仪在结构上进行了改进,安装了具有温度补偿功能的标准校正器具;同时,根据回波信号的传输特征,利用小波分析法对回波信号进行运算处理,提出了基于小波包络原理的峰值检测方法.试验结果表明:这些技术显著提高了超声测距的精度并增强了超声检测的可靠性.
In the technology of ultrasonic distance measurement, normally influenced by the temperature and the detection error of time of flight time (TOF), with the result that the precision of distance measurement is not so high. Therefore, in order to enhance the measuring accuracy of the ultrasonic distance measurement device, this paper has made the improvement in the structure in view of the traditional ultrasonic distance measurement device and installed the standard adjustment appliance which has the function of temperature compensation. At the same time, according to the transmission characteristic of the returned ultrasonic, we use the wavelet analytic method to conduct operation processing the echo signal and propose the peak detection method based on the wavelet envelope principle. The resuit of experiment indicates these technologies remarkably increase the precision of ultrasonic distance measurement device and strengthen the ultrasonic detection reliability.
