摘要
弱势群体问题正日益受到人们的关注。对弱势群体提供法律保护,既是人道主义和法律正义的体现,也是构建和谐社会、促进社会发展的迫切需要。目前,我国在弱势群体的法律保护方面存在诸多问题。建立和完善对弱势群体的社会保障性法律制度、发展性法律制度以及行使权利法律制度,是改善我国弱势群体保护现状的有效途径。
The issue of disadvantaged groups is being paid close attention to by people gradually, Offering the legal protection to the disadvantaged groups is the embodiment of humanitarianism and legal justice, and the urgent need of constructing the harmonious society and promoting the social development. At present, a lot of problems exist in the legal protections of the disadvantaged groups in our country. We should set up and improve social security system, and improve the effective way to protect the disadvantaged groups.
