摘要
文章基于实质公平之理念和维护国民自由发展之追求确定了社会弱势群体法律概念的内涵,尝试构建我国社会弱势群体法律保护的体系问题。
Based on the conception of substantial justice and safeguarding the pursuit of free development of Chinese nationals, this article determines the connotation of the legal concept of vulnerable groups and tries to construct a legal system to protect social vulnerable groups in China.
