摘要 目的探讨武警初级指挥院校学员的个性特征。方法采用艾森克个性问卷EPQ(成人)对532名武警初级指挥院校学员进行测试,与全国常模、军人常模进行比较,并在不同生源、不同年级之间进行比较。结果武警学员各量表得分与全国常模差异显著;P分与全国军人常模比较接近,N、E、L分与军人常模差异显著;部队生与地方生之间P、N、E分差别不明显,地方生L分显著高于部队生;不同年级之间,四年级P和N分显著高于其他年级组,N分随年级升高而升高。结论武警初级指挥院校的学员个性特征的特殊之处在于情绪相对稳定,性格偏外向,社会适应性较强,心理素质发展水平与任务的要求相适应。 Objective To explore personality characteristics of students in Chinese People's Armed Police Force Elementary Commanding College. Methods 532 students were assessed by the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ). Results There was marked difference between the scores of the armed police students and those of national norms. The scores of P subscale were equivalent in the armed police students as compared to the PLA norms, while scores of N, E and L subscales were significantly different. Students from different places had close scores of P, N and E suhscales. Students from the local schools had higher scores of the L subscale than students from the armed forces. The scores of N subscale were going up progressively as grade grew. Students in grade 4 had higher scores of P and N subscales than students in other grades. Conclusion The students in the Chinese People ' s Armed Police Force Elementary Commanding College have their unique personality characteristics. They are in relatively steady rno^s and show extrovert. They also have a high social adaptability. And their development levels of psychological quality correspond with their assignments.
