摘要
分析了工业机器人的2种示教编程方法和机器人语言系统。以弧焊机器人MOTOMAN-UP20为例,归纳了动作级机器人语言的程序和指令功能;分析了MOTOMAN机器人示教系统的组成,做出其示教起动流程图,并据此示教2个平面交线的焊接作业和作业程序。
In this paper.two different programming methods for robot teaching and robot language system are described.Also,give MOTOMAN-UP20 as an example, the progTam and instruction function of manipulator-level robot language are introduced.The composing of this teaching system is analyzed and the flow chart for starting is framed out.According to the chart,the welding for line of intersection of two planes is displayed.
