摘要
运用仿生学基本原理,从人体生理学细胞物质转运入手,对人力资源层次上的企业人力资源开发方法、部门系统层次上的人力资本的来源和人力资源系统开发、整体水平上的人力资源的管理开发和激励开发,以及对教育、培训和人力资源配置在企业人力资源开发中的作用进行研究,以期形成一套系统的企业人力资源开发方法,发挥企业在其人力资源开发中的作用.
Using basic principles of bionics and starting from the research of cell substance transport in physiology of human body, this paper studies on the following four aspects:, the methods of enterprise human resource development on the level of human resources; the source of human capital and the methods of systematic development of human resource on the level of department system; the methods of management and stimulation development of human resource on the level of the whole;and the function of education, training and human resource deployment in the enterprise human resource development. It is aimed to form a systematic enterprise human resource development method, and to exert the effect of enterprise in its human resource development.
