摘要
在分析金属基复合材料差压浸渗凝固原理的基础上设计并研制了新型金属基复合材料差压浸渗凝固装置,讨论充型压力、充型速度、预制件预热温度、浇注温度等工艺参数对铸造金属基复合材料质量的影响,并指出各种参数值的选择范围。
In the paper,after understanding the principle of counter pressure infiltration of metal matrix composite, the authors proposed a new design of counter pressure infiltration equipment for processing of metal matrix composite ,the equipment is consisted of pressure bucket, pressure cover, flange, electrical resistance furnace , crucible, cooling water jacket and control systems etc. The influence of the processing parameters,such as the filling pressure, the filling velocity, the preheating temperature of the preform, the pouring temperature etc.,on the properties of metal matrix composite has been discussed.
