摘要
基于汽车控制臂的浇注系统,通过分析不同方案下的内浇口与横浇道组合,研究金属液的充型速度场,比较内浇口处流速的标准差,选择最优的充型组合。结果表明,由于型腔尺寸是变化的,因此不同的横截面会对应不同的最佳充型速度。通过研究分析,得出金属液在不同截面的充型规律。
The combination of the inner gate and the runner was analyzed by the analysis of different schemes to understand filling velocity field of metal liquid based on the gating system of control arm for automobile.The variance of the flow velocity in the inner gate was compared to select the optimized filling combination.The results reveal that due to the change of the cavity size,there exist optimized filling velocity at different cross section.The filling velocity of liquid metal at different cross section was presented.
