摘要
河川沙塘鳢在胚胎发育期间,其消化、呼吸系统就已发生;鳔、心脏、视觉和听觉等器官均已形成,并随着胚胎发育的进行而逐渐发育。至仔鱼孵出时,其各器官、系统已较完备。这是河川沙塘鳢器官发育不同于其它许多鱼类的特点。
This paper deals with the organs development of Odontobutis Potamophila during its embryonic and post-embryonic development. Eleven days after fertilization, the digestive tube begins to appear.And afterwards, the digestive system divelops continuously, teeth and gill rakerse appear and gradually increase in number, the mouth opens too. Two days after hatching, the larval anus opens and the larva begins to feed. Thirteen days after fertilization, three paris of gill arches form. Three buds appear on the first gill arch at 16 days after fertilization, then a series of gill filaments form and divide into feather-like gill lamallae. After hatching, the gill filaments and lamallae increase rapidly in number. The air bladder appears at about 15 days after fertilization. It has only one chamber. Its long dismeter is 0. 52 mm and short diametet is 0. 30 mm at the newly hatched larva. The heart appears and it is initially a primitive tube at about 7 days after fertilization. It has divided into three chambers which are a sinus venosus, an atrium and a ventricle by the end of embryonic developement.Olyactory, visual sense and otic sense organs form almost completely during the embryonic development stage.
