摘要
在情况正常及阳极电紧张存在时,正常蟾蜍的坐骨神经干的动作电位之幅值,随其波宽的增加而增大,随电极间距离的增大而减小;阳极电紧张的存在,降低了动作电位的幅度。检验中随着波宽、电极间距离的改变,没有发现动作电位幅值变化的规律,但条件适宜时,又能会向一定方向转化。
Under normal circumstance and with the existence of positive electrotonil,the action potential amplifude of ischium nerve frunk of normal toad increases as its wave width broadens, and decreases as the electrode distance shortens.The investigation has not found the conversion regularities of action poteial amplitude as its ware width and electrode distance change. However on proper codition it may be converted in certain directIOn.
