摘要
用目标因子分析法(TFA)对合成色素混合体系及维生素混合体系进行了研究.采用一系列判据确定因子数,以纯组分的波谱为目标进行变换分析,获得了较满意的结果.同时还对TFA结果与矩阵法(AKC)、主成份回归法(PCR)和偏最小二乘法(PLS)的结果进行了比较.研究表明,TFA法对组分数不超过3的体系,其测定精度高于其它方法.
Target factor analysis (TFA) was used as an approach for the multicomponent systems containing synthetic colorants and vitamin B1, B2 and B6. A series of criteria such as real error, imbedded error and Indicator function have been adopted to determine the numbers of significant components. This method was applied to determine those systems with satisfactory results. In addition, comparison among the results of TFA.AKC.PCR and PLS methods have been made. The results show that the TFA method has a higher precision than multivariate calibration methods for the systems less than 3 components.
