摘要
高职院校的人才培养特色主要表现在三个方面:培养目标具有鲜明的应用性,教学过程突出实践性,专业和课程设置具有适应经济社会需求的针对性和灵活性。产学合作教育、“双证书”教育和实践教学是高职院校人才培养特色建设的主要内容。
The Features of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges have been revealed in three aspects： the aim is to cultivate talents with ability; the students get more practice in the teaching process; the courses are set for the demand of society with great flexibility. To cooperate with enterprises and help the students to obtain a certificate on professional sells besides English and computer, are the major contents to construct the talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
