摘要
目的了解四川省不同地理环境硒水平状况。方法根据四川省部分地区儿童发硒的分布,选择儿童发硒水平低于0.2 mg/kg的剑阁县作为缺硒水平地区和高于0.2 mg/kg的双流县作为适宜硒水平地区,调查粮食、土壤、饮水和指甲中含硒量。结果剑阁县大米、小麦、土壤、指甲含硒量分别为0.016 0、0.020 8、0.000 5、 0.227 6 mg/kg;双流县大米、小麦、土壤、指甲含硒量分别为0.046 0、0.051 0、0.005 4、0.524 1 mg/kg;双流县粮食、土壤和指甲含硒量明显高于剑阁县,两个地区比较差异有统计学意义(t大米=9.37,P<0.01;t小麦=6.99, P<0.01;t土壤=4.53,P<0.01;t指甲=9.18,P<0.01);两个地区饮水中含硒量均较低,剑阁县为0.52×10-4mg/L, 双流县为1.04×10-4mg/L,差异无统计学意义。结论适宜硒水平地区的环境硒水平明显高于低硒地区,人群硒营养状况受环境硒水平的影响。
Objective To explore environmental selenium levels in different geographic regions in Sichuan Province. Methods Based on the distribution of selenium in children hair in areas of Sichuan, Jiange county where the children hair selenium level was less than 0.2 mg/kg was selected as the low selenium area and Shuangliu county where the children hair selenium level was more than 0.2 mg/kg as the enough selenium area, where selenium contents in food, soil, water and human nail were surveyed. Results Selenium contents in rice, wheat, soil and human nail in Jiange were 0.016 0, 0.020 8, 0.000 5 and 0.227 6 mg/kg, respectively; those in Shuangliu were 0.046 0, 0.051 0, 0.005 4 and 0.524 1 mg/kg, respectively; Selenium levels in food, soil and human nail in Shuangliu were significantly higher than those in Jiange with statistical significance (trice = 9.37,P 〈 0.01 ;twheat = 6.99,P 〈 0.01 ;tsoil = 4.53 ,P 〈 0.01 ;tsoil = 9.18,P 〈 0.01 ). The selenium contents in water in these two areas were low, being 0.52 × 10^-4 mg/L, 1.04 × 10^-4 mg/L in Jiange and Shuangliu, respectively. And the difference in the two areas was not statistically significant. Conclusions The environmental selenium level in enough selenium area is significantly higher than that in low selenium area. Selenium nutrition status of people is influenced by the environmental selenium level.
