摘要
目的了解阿坝州某些环境因子与大骨节病病情分布特征之间的关系,为今后大骨节病深入研究与防控提供依据。方法通过现场调研和文献查阅,收集阿坝州各县大骨节病病情数据及当地海拔、气候等数据,利用GIS技术手段来分析当地大骨节病患病情况与海拔、气温及降水量之间的关系。结果大骨节病显示出地区聚集性分布特征,高海拔、低气温和多降雨病区县大骨节病患病率高,Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度严重病人较多。结论阿坝州大骨节病发病特征与地理位置、海拔、气候特征有趋势一致性倾向,提示地理位置、海拔、气候因素可能与大骨节病的发生有关。
Objective Understand the relationship between certain environmental factors and the distribution of Kaschin-Beck disease（KBD） characteristics in Aba,provide the basis prevention and control for the future in-depth study of KBD.Methods Through the spot investigation and consulting document,collect the data of KBD,elevation,climate in each county of Aba state and so on.By using GIS analysis tools to analyze the relationship between the distribution of KBD and the local elevation,temperature,precipitation,etc.Results It showed the clustering distribution characteristics.The higher elevation,lower temperature and more precipitation in different counties,the KBD prevalence rate was higher,and the seriously ill patients of Ⅱ and Ⅲ degrees were much more.Conclusions The characteristics of KBD had consistent tendency with geographical location,elevation,and climatic characteristics,suggesting that the location,elevation,climatic factors may be associated with KBD.
