摘要
通信网的可靠性是一个很复杂的问题，本文通过对通信网可靠性的特点和影响因素等问题的描述，以及对通信网可靠性分析方法和实施措施的介绍，说明可靠性的分析是一个困难问题，而可靠性的实施则是一个经济性问题。在此基础上，我们提出了我国进行通信网可靠性研究的基本思路。
Telecommunication network reliability is a very complex problem.The paper describes the characteristics of telecommunication network reliability and its effective factors,and introduces analysis methods for telecommunication network reliability and some measures.All these tellthat analysing of telecommunication network reliability is very difficult,and that implementation is a economical issue.Based on these,we introduce the basic thinking for study on telecommunication network reliability in our country.
