摘要
目的研究乳腺癌组织及乳腺癌细胞表面共刺激分子CD40的表达,探讨CD40表达与癌组织转移、P53表达及临床病理特征之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测58例石蜡包埋的乳腺癌组织中CD40、P53的表达,并选用36例癌旁正常乳腺组织作为对照。结果CD40在58例石蜡包埋的乳腺癌中阳性表达率37.9%,与癌旁正常组织中阳性率2.94%相比,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),其表达与局部淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),并与P53过表达有关(P<0.01)。结论乳腺良恶性细胞表面CD40表达差异可为乳腺良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断提供依据,CD40在乳腺癌中表达异常可望成为乳腺癌生物治疗的靶分子之一。
Objective To study the expression of co-stimulatory molecule CD40 on the surface of breast cancer and in human breast carcinoma,and to explore the correlations between CD40 expression and metastasis, P53 and clinical significanoes. Methods The CD40 and P53 expressions of 58 cases formalin-fixed and paraffin-embed tissue from breast carcinoma were studied by immunohistochemical technique, and 36 para-carcinoma normal breast tissue as a control. Results The position of CD40 in 58 cases of human breast carcinoma was 37.9%, and there were significant differences compared with that of the normal ones (2.94%) (P〈0,05); CD40 expression was correlated with lymph node matastasis (P〈0.05) and had a positive correlation with P53 expression (γ=0.52, P〈0.01 ), Conclusion The CD40 molecule in human benign and malignant tumors had a different expression and the abnormal expression of CD40 molecule may offer a reliable evidence for diagnosis, and had a relationship to expression of P53 protein.
