基于LabVIEW平台的低温生物显微系统自动控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 在低温生物的研究中,有效地实现降(复)温程序控制以避免或尽可能减少生物材料细胞的低温损伤是至关重要的。结合低温生物研究中的温度控制经验与要求,对实验系统装置结构和自动控制方案进行设计,并对程控降温程序采用LabVIEW 7.0进行了编写。在软件设计的基础上进行了系统性能测试,PID参数自整定调试及控温实验等。实验结果表明,软件性能可靠,样品层温度可以得到较好控制,能满足低温生物实验要求。 It is important for cryopreservation of biomaterials to control the cooling rates accurately. The control method was improved according to the experience and requirement of control. A software program with LabVIEW7.0 was designed for the experimental system. By the software, the system was tested and the parameters of the PID algorithm were set up by PID autotuning VI. The temperature control experiments were conducted, which shows that the software is available to use. The accuracy of the temperature control is obtained for the requirement of cryobiological experimental research.
