摘要
论文详细介绍了精密低温计算机程控降温仪的研制与具体的实现过程。运用改进的数字 PID算法实现了加热 /制冷双输出调节 ,成功地解决了电磁阀低温下长期工作时可靠性差、容易损坏造成系统失控的问题。能够对程控降温过程进行计算机监控和记录 ,有利于低温生物学和低温医学领域的研究和开发。
This paper gives a detailed description of the instrument's development and realization. Through the improved digital PID algorithm the regulation of the dual output of heating and refrigerating has been realized; and problems such as the solenoid valve's poor reliability and vulnerability, which can cause the system to be out of control, have been solved successfully. Through the computer, this instrument can monitor, control and record the computer controlled process of cooling and benefit the research and development in low temperature biology and low temperature medicine.
