摘要 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子及血管细胞粘附分子-1在妊高征发病中的作用。方法选取49例妊高征妇女(其中轻度15例、中度16例及重度18例),35例正常晚期妊娠妇女为研究对象,采用ELISA方法测定其血精VEGF、VCAM-1的水平。结果妊高征组血清VEGF浓度明显低于正常妊娠组(P<0.01).而VCAM-1浓度则明显高于正常妊娠组(P<0.01),轻度妊高征组血清VEGF、VCAM-1浓度与正常妊娠组无明显差别(P>0.05),中、重度妊高征组血清VEGF浓度明显低于正常妊娠组(P<0.01).而血清VCAM-1浓度明显高于正常妊娠组(P<0.01)。结论血清VEGF浓度的降低可能与胎盘浅着床有关,血清VCAM-1的升高参与了妊高征血管内皮损伤过程,VEGF、VCAM-1均可能与妊高征的发病机制有关。 Objective: To find out the role of vascular endothelial growth factor and vascular cell adhesion molecule - 1 in the genesis of pregnancy - induced hypertension (PIH). Methods : 49 women with PIH ( including 15 women with mild PIH, 16women with moderate PIH, 18 women, with severe PIH), 35normal pregnant women were investigated. Serum levels of VEGF and VCAM - 1 were measured by ELISA. Results : Serum levels of VEGF wet lower in PIH group than that in normal pregnant group, while the levels of VCAM - 1 were higher than that in normal group. There is no difference between the serum levels of VEGF. VCAM - 1 in mild PIH and those in normal pregnancy. VEGF levels in moderate and severe PIH were significantly lower than that in normal pregnancy, while VCAM - 1 levels were higher. Conclusion: The reduced serum levels of VEGF may relate with superficial implantation. The increased VCAM - 1 levels may participate in the process of vascular endothelium damages in PIH. VEGF and VCAM - 1 may play a role in the genesis of PIH.
