摘要
目的寻找治疗子宫内膜异位症既有效、副作用又少的药物,为子宫内膜异位症提供有效的治疗方法。方法应用纯中药加减益坤汤治疗子宫内膜异位症92例,观察治疗前后一些指标的变化。结果子宫内膜异位症患者92例经加减益坤汤治疗6个月,临床痊愈18例占19.6%;显效34例占37.0%;有效32例占34.8%;无效8例占8.7%;总有效率为91.3%。与丹那唑同疗程治疗子宫内膜异位症患者48例的总有效率91.7%比较,无显著性差异。结论加减益坤汤是治疗子宫内膜异位症的一种安全、有效的药物,值得进一步研究和开发。
Objective To find a medicine to treat endometriosis effectively with less side-effect. Methods Changed Yikun Mixture was used to treat 92 cases of endometriosis and the change of symptom and sign was observed, other 48 cases were treated with Danazol as control. Results 92 cases were treated for 6 months. According to National Standards, 18 cases （19.6%） were cured, 34 cases （37.0 %） were markedly effective, 32（34.8 %） were effective, and 8（8.7 %） were ineffective. Compared with 48 cases treated with Danazol for 6 months, the total effective rates were 91.7% and 91.3 % respectively, the difference between them was insignificant. Conclusion Yikun Mixture is a safe and effective medicine to treat endometriosis, which deserves further study and development.
