摘要
他汀类药物可以降低冠心病心血管事件的发病率,其除有血管保护作用,尚有直接的心肌保护作用。但他汀类药物对充血性心力衰竭的治疗作用目前尚无肯定结论。现就他汀类药物治疗充血性心力衰竭的研究现状、作用机制以及尚存在的问题作一综述。
Statin can lower morbidity of cardiovascular events in coronary heart disease,because it can protect blood vessel surely,and it is possible to protect myocardium directly. But it is not sure for statin to treat heart failure. It is reviewed in the article about the research conditions,mechanism and unres.lved problems for statin to lreat heart failure.
