摘要
针对横机上常用的直线—圆弧形三角在运行中出现的振动、磨损大等缺陷,根据三角与织针的工艺要求和运动规律,通过力学和动力学分析,提出了运用直线—摆线组合优化设计横机三角曲线的方案。
Common knitting machine with cam of beeline- circular arc compound curve brings about heavy vibration and abrasion when it runs. In order to improve dynamic character of the knitting cam, some calculation and analysis is done here. The result of calculation shows that knitting cam with beeline - cycloid compound curve has better dynamic performance than that with beeline - circular arc compound curve.
