摘要
通过分析敏化、活化和化学镀三道工序的主要工艺因素与织物的电磁波屏蔽效果的关系,优化了涤/粘混纺织物的电磁波屏蔽化工艺。其结果表明:涤/粘混纺织物经过电磁波屏蔽化后,具有良好且耐久的电磁波屏蔽效果。
The process of electro-magnetic wave shielding for blended fabrics of polyester and viscose fiber is optimized, by analysis on the relationship between main process factors during sensitization, activation and chemical plating and the effect of electro-magnetlc wave shielding. The results indicated that the polyester and viscose fiber blended fabric treated with electro-magnetic wave shielding technology possess good and durable electro-magnetic wave shielding effect.
