摘要
随着经济的全球化和知识经济的到来,跨国公司的R&D投资也呈现国际化趋势。为了防止核心技术外溢出,跨国公司以往的R&D活动都集中在母国进行,20世纪90年代末开始倾向于科学技术发达、具有丰富廉价的人力资源的东道国进行。中国经济近些年来的持续高速增长和科研实力的显著增强吸引了跨国公司纷纷来华设立R&D机构。本文首先分析了跨国公司来华设立R&D机构的现状特征,然后对跨国公司在华设立R&D中心所带来的积极和消极影响进行了评价,最后针对存在的问题提出相关对策,具有一定的实践指导意义。
With the globalization of the economy and the advent of knowledge economy, the R＆D investment presents a trend of internationalization. In order to avoid the extravagation of the core technology, the transnational corporations took their previous R＆D activities in motherlands, and then in 1990s, they began to move to the host countries that are affluent in budget human resource and advanced in science and technology. The transnational corporations all come to China to set up the R＆D institutions because of the sustaining high -speed growth of economy and the notable enhancing of the scientific research strength in China in recent years. This paper analyses the current situation and characteristics of the transnational corporations setting up R＆D institutions in China firstly, then appraises the positive and negative effects of the transnational corporations setting up R＆D institutions in China. At last, it puts forwards some countermeasures according to the existing problems. So it is instructionally useful in practice.
