Spillover effect of multinational corporations' investment on development and research in China

摘要跨国公司是经济全球化和知识化的主要推动力,也是科技创新的主要载体。近年来,跨国公司在我国进行研究与开发投资已成为引进外资的一种新形式。在分析了跨国公司在我国研发投资的现状和特点的基础上,探讨了跨国公司在我国研究和开发投资所产生的溢出效益,并根据上述分析提出一些政策建议。
