摘要
为了平抑收入差距急剧扩大的趋势,克服社会公平与经济增长相悖现象,必须关注社会公平。有鉴于此,应实行兼顾公平与效率的发展战略,替代“效率优先,兼顾公平”的增长理念。即应实行以人为本的公平与增长并重的发展战略,促进经济社会和谐发展。
For the sake of suppressing the rapidly widening income gap,overcoming the contrary between social equity and economic growth,we must pay attention to the social equality.Therefore,we should practice the developing strategy that pay equal attention to both equality and efficiency and substitute the principle of'efficiency firstly,equality secondly'.Namely we need practice the new choice of the developing strategy that pay equal attention to both equality and growth, promote the harmonious development between economy and society.
