摘要
针对激光陀螺捷联惯性组合在砂石土路及颠簸路面上跑车出现的精度很差的现象,将问题的症结定位在系统刚度上,提出了一套行之有效的解决方案。通过优化支架设计、匹配减振器的硬度、调整支架质心和加表质心的重合度、改善支架减振器的支撑方式等,取得了突破性进展,并在恶劣路况下进行了多次反复跑车验证试验和振动试验,达到了国内最高水平和国际水平。
The inertial Guidance System of Laser Gyroscope installed in the car is imprecise if running on the sand and stone road. The article summarizes the problem on system rigidity and finds out an effective method: Optimizing the bracket structure, matching the thickness of shock absorber, superposing the barycenter between brackets and accelerometers, improving the sustain mode and so on. By these improvements, the system has passed the required examination such as running with car, oscillation examination, and has reached international level.
