摘要
目的:建立抗感冒注射液特定(指纹)图谱。方法:采用高效液相色谱梯度洗脱法,选用 Zorbax SB-C_(18)(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:(A)甲醇-0.05%磷酸(20:80),(B)乙腈-0.05%磷酸(40:60),梯度洗脱,采用线性梯度洗脱程序;流速:1mL·min^(-1);运行时间:70min;检测波长:328nm。结果:确定了抗感冒注射液的标准特定(指纹)图谱、各个中间体以及药材的标准特定(指纹)图谱。结论:本法可用于抗感冒注射液的中间体及成品的质量控制。
Objective: To develop specifically chromatography (fingerprint) technology for Kangganmao injection by HPLC. Method: Zorbax SB -C18(4. 6 mm ×250 mm,5μm) was used as the stationary phase,acetonitrile with 0. 05% phosphoric acid and methanol with 0. 05% phosphoric acid were used as mobile phase, and the photodiode array detector was used at 328 nm. Results:The standard specifically chromatography (fingerprint) technology was established for Kangganmao injection, its intermedia and Chinese medicinal materials. Conclusion: The method is applied to quality control of Kangganmao injection, intermedia and Chinese medicinal materials.
