摘要
运用金相观察、SEM等方法对断裂的45钢电机轴锻件进行了失效分析。结果表明,由于不正确的热加工,锻件存在很大的残余应力和大型锻造裂纹,随后的车削加工改变了应力分布,导致裂纹尖端应力超过临界应力值,从而发生低应力脆断。
The failure analysis of the 45 steel shaft forging was carried out by metaUography and SEM. The results show that due to improper hot working process, there are big forged cracks and great residual stress in the forging. The surface cutting can change the distribution of the residual stress near the crack, Low stress brittle fracture occurs when the stress in the tip of crack is over the critical value.
