预烘烤对牵引电机转子感应焊装配残余应变影响的试验评估 被引量:2

摘要 分别对高频感应焊前已实施预烘烤和未实施预烘烤的电机转子进行残余应变测试,分析了导条和端环残余应变产生的原因。对未经预烘烤和经过预烘烤的2个试件的测试数据进行对比,发现未经预烘烤试件的导条的平均残余应变是预烘烤试件的3倍,未经预烘烤试件端环的平均残余应变是预烘烤试件的1.67倍。 The residual strains of the rotor treated by pre-heating before high frequency welding and the one not treated are tested respectively to analyze the reason why their busbars and end rings have residual strains in this paper. The residual strains of two rotors are compared with each other for the e- valuation the effect of pre-heating to reduce residual strain quantitatively. The results show that the average residual strain of the busbar of the untreated one is 3 times as that of the treated one, and the average residual strain of the end ring of the untreated one is 1.67 times as that of the treated one.
