摘要
目的:建立同时测定姜黄胶囊中姜黄素和胡椒碱的HPLC法。方法:采用HPLC检测方法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为1%柠檬酸-四氢呋喃(55:45),用45%氢氧化钾溶液调节pH=3.0,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长343nm。峰面积外标法同时测定姜黄胶囊中姜黄素和胡椒碱的含量。结呆:姜黄素和胡椒碱的线性范围分别为2.0~80μg/mL(r=0.9999)和0.1~20μg/mL(r=0.9999);加样回收率姜黄素为99.62%,RSD为0.69%;胡椒碱为99.17%,RSD为1.14%。结论:该方法具有快速、简便、准确等优点,可用于姜黄胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of both curcumin and piperine in turmeric capsule. Methods: Kromasil C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm)was used. The mobile phase consisted of 1% (w/v) citric acid solution, adjusted to pH 3.0 by a 45% (w/v) potassium hydroxide solution, and tetrahydrofuran in the ratio of 55 : 45 (v : v) with 1.0 mL/min as the flow rate. A wavelength of 343 nm was used for detection. External standard method was used for simultaneous determination of both curcumin and piperine in turmeric capsule. Results. The linear ranges of curcumin and piperine were 2.0-80μg/mL(r=0. 999 9)and 0.1-20μg/mL(r=0. 999 9), respectively. The average recovery of curcumin was 99.62% (RSD=0.69%) and that of piperine was 99.17% (RSD= 1.14%). Conclusion: The determination method is simple, quick and accurate and could be applied to the quality control of turmeric capsule.
