摘要
分析了以制造商为核心的供应链的特征,构建了该类供应链的模型,对该供应链中原材料供给、原材料运输、产品生产、产品运输和产品销售等环节的费用情况进行详细分析;在考虑到运输商运输能力、供应商的供给能力、销售商的数量要求等约束和运输环节诸因素作用的基础上,建立了以制造商为核心的供应链的非线性优化模型,对模型的应用进行了举例说明.
Transportation cost is a importance part of Supply chain total cost, its number lies on not only the site of the transportation starting and ending but also transportation corporation, transportation manner, transportation route, vehicle and goods. The influence of various factors on transportation cost is not considered in the supply chain optimization model. This paper analyzes the character of this supply chain with manufacturer core, and shapes the frame of this supply chain. The cost of raw materials supply and transportation, products manufacture, transportation and distribution in this supply chain is analyzed. Considering the restriction of supplier supply capacity, transportation corporation capacity, seller requirement, and the effect of various factors in transportation, we forms the non-linear optimization model about this supply chain and illustrates this model use.
