摘要
物流能力是影响与评价供应链系统绩效的关键因素之一,系统地研究供应链的物流能力对提高供应链管理水平具有重要意义。本文提出了供应链物流能力的概念,分析了供应链物流能力的构成要素,归纳了供应链物流能力的评价指标,并提出了可量化指标的计算思想。
Logistics capabilities are one of the key factors that influence and evaluate performances of the supply chain system, It is important for improving the level of supply chain management to research the logistics capabilities of supply chain. This paper puts forward the logistics capabilities＇ concept of supply chain, and analyzes their inscapes, and stnns up their evaluation targets, and brings forward the calculation idea of measured evaluation targets.
