摘要
阐述了塑料冲击试验机摆锤的质心、冲击中心及摆长三者之间存在的相互关系。采用优化设计方法对摆锤进行了设计,通过该方法设计的摆锤能同时达到受力变形最小、冲击能量摩擦损失最小、摆动周期准确的要求,避免了按传统机械设计方法制造的摆锤需经反复调整打孔灌铅的弊端。
Based on the relationship among the mass center, impact center, and the length of the pendulum of the plastics impact tester, the pendulum was optimally designed in order to minimize its distortion and loss of friction and higher precision in the swing period. The shortcoming in the traditional design which needs drilling holes and filling plumbum frequently was thus overcome.
