摘要
高压交流限流熔断器已广泛应用于配电网络,是保证电力系统安全运行的重要保护元件。一部分高压限流熔断器安装有用于动作指示和驱动其他开关装置分闸的撞击器,其安装的撞击器性能是确保故障发生时熔断器与开关设备之间正确配合的重要因素,因此有必要开展高压交流限流熔断器撞击器试验技术的研究,并分析其可行的试验验证方法。文中通过对高压交流限流熔断器撞击器性能验证试验方法的研究,结合标准中关于撞击器试验的要求,主要针对撞击器开展动作试验研究,包括动作试验的实施、释放能量的测量、最小耐受力的测量、行程持续时间的测量等内容,并通过试验验证证明以上研究内容实施的可行性和合理性。文中提出的高压交流限流熔断器撞击器性能试验验证的实施方法将对该类产品的高质量发展具有重要意义,同时也对相关开关设备所用高压限流熔断器的合理选型提供帮助。
High-voltage AC current-limiting fuse has been used widely in distribution network,and is an important protective component to ensure safe operation of power system.Some high-voltage current-limiting fuses are in-stalled with the strikers for indicating operation and driving other switching devices to open.The performance of the installed strikers is an important factor to ensure the correct coordination between fuses and switching devices in case of failure.It is therefore necessary to carry out research on the test technique of high-voltage AC current-limit-ing fuse strikers and analyze its feasible test verification method.In this paper,the research on operation test of the striker,including such contents as implementation of the operation test,measurement of released energy,measure-ment of the minimum withstanding force and measurement of duration of travel,is mainly performed through the re-search of performance verification and test method of high voltage AC limiting fuse and in combination with test re-quirement of the strikers in the standard,and both feasibility and rationality of the implementation of above re-search contents are proved by the test verification.The implementation method on performance test verification of high-voltage AC current-limiting fuse strikers proposed in this paper will be of great significance to the high-quality development of this kind of product and,at the same time,also provide help for reasonable selection of high-volt-age current-limiting fuses for relevant switchgear.
