摘要
本试验对上农香、黑糯等品种及其杂交后代选系进行了粗蛋白、粗纤维、维生素B1、B2和矿物元素锌、铜、铁、锰含量的测定。结果表明:上农黑糯的糙米在粗纤维和铁的含量上,显著或极显著地高于非色稻的糙米;在维生素B2的含量上,除了与太湖糯的差异不显著外,也显著或极显著地高于其它供试的非色稻。
Shangnong fragrant,black glutinous rice varieties and their three hybrid lines were used as analytical materials in the test. The results indicate that Shangnong black glutinous rice (polished rice)contain more nutrients than that of ordinary rices such as fibre,VB2,mineral elements(Fe),etc. which are obviously beneficial for human health.
